Water Aerobics

Joy the group on Mondays and Wednesdays for a water aerobics class. Beth will instruct participants through very low impact aerobic exercise that encourages cardiovascularfitness. Come firm and tone those muscles through water resistance workouts using rhythmic exercises put to music for you. Instructors are certified lifeguards. All workouts will be in the shallow end of the pool. Class size is limited to 30 participants.
