Circuit Training for the Active Older Adult

This class offers a low-impact, full-body workout using a circuit format, integrating strength, balance, and cardio. It will involve rotating through exercise stations at timed intervals at a low to moderate intensity. Participants should be able to stand unsupported for at least 30 minutes. No chairs will be used in this class. Comfortable clothing and sneakers are required. Please bring a set of handheld weights.

This class is for everyone - men and women! Do you want to feel better, get active and have fun too? Come join Trisha for this class that focuses on stretching, joint movement, flexibility, and strength training. All exercises are done standing or sitting in a chair. There is no exercising on the floor. We have a good time socializing and exercising. Trish is a certified fitness instructor.
